**Q: Are these grey and red?**
A: They are grey and pink

**Q: Are these equal to 4, 6 or 8 lbs?**
A: I use these for water aerobics and I’m not sure what weight these would equal. The density of the foam gives you more or less the resistance of under water pushing. The denser the foam the harder you have to push giving you the “weight” or resistance you are looking for. These are very light so I would say 4 lbs. I hope you’re not confused. I don’t go to a gym to be able to do a comparison.

**Q: which ones are 40 % water resistance**
A: Not sure if they are 40% but work well in the water.  Only thing I do not like they mark easy soft foam.  I would go with closed cell bar bells next time.

**Q: what size of dumbells give the most resistence in the water?**
A: These offer good resistance and were the ones recommended by the water aerobics instructor

I have chronic back pain and am recovering from a recent back injury, so as part of my treatment plan I need to do low-impact exercise and physical therapy. I purchased these foam weights to allow me to do aqua therapy and strength training in my pool, and I absolutely love them! They’re super durable, lightweight, good quality, and most importantly, they help give you a good workout! Once you put them underwater, they become pretty heavy and if used properly, they can give you a great upper body workout! I definitely recommend these for anyone wanting to do pool exercises!
