**Q: What screws does this use? I bought it used and it didn't come with all the screws**
A: Hex screws where you have to use the L shaped hex screw key.   5 sided inside the head of the screw.   Don't know size though.   Hope this helps a little

**Q: I like my cart a lot, but my bags are falling apart and need to be replaced. Can I get new bags without buying a whole new cart?**
A: No the material is fixed to the frame.

**Q: What is the height from the bar that holds the baskets to the floor (excluding handles)?**
A: The bag itself is 20” 
The entire height is 32”

**Q: Where can I order just the laundry bag? I need one more**
A: Same site but it's hard to fit 4 in bc it's made for 3

I totally recommend this high quality laundry sorter cart. It has 3 non woven fabric baskets with metal handles. The bags are made of durable, water resistant & easy to clean fabric. I love that each laundry bag can be easily removed from the cart. The two metal handles on the bag make it easy to lift the bags from the cart. The cart has roller wheels to easily move around or can be locked with ease to keep it stationary. Easy to assemble & disassemble. Large capacity sorter. The design makes it versatile and can be used to for other items like toys or wrapping paper. This makes useful for other things and great in other rooms as well.
