There is no wiggle or play in any of the components. The tightness of the vertical tilt and horizontal swivel movements are both adjustable. The rotation (turning the monitor about an axis running perpendicularly through the middle of the screen) tightness is not adjustable, and I wish it was because this isn't something I ever want to adjust, other than at initial setup time, and a slightly tilted monitor (if I bump it) bothers me. Came with everything needed to put together. Many different size screws and spacers for great fit. It even came with Phillips head and Allen wrenches! Especially like that monitor height is easily done. Has simple knob to tighten or loosen hook that easily lifts up and out, to and change height, with many levels. Swivels easily and Tilts up or down easily. Some people complained Tilt was useless and drooped under weight of monitor.
