Completely changes the look of the watch and is extremely comfortable. The fitting to the lugs is perfect even better than the OEM oyster style Seiko one I had on before. The tolerances and fit was so tight it did take about ten minutes of effort to install after a few failed attempts. My advice would be to tape the sides of the lugs so you don't leave small scratches like i did when installing. the springbars scratched it a bit when i was pressing the end link into the watch and compressing the spring to get it to slide into place. You need patience and a steady hand with some common sense and it shouldn't take longer than 10-15 minutes and this was my first time changing a strap out on a watch ever.
