However, during the COVID pandemic the noodles became hard to find in the store or online. One day, while browsing on desertcart, I decided to look for them. I was delighted to find the noodles, so I ordered them. I boil them in water until they are just tender and then add them to my stir fry. I love that they keep their texture and don’t become over soft, unlike some substitute noodles I tried. I plan to order these noodles from desertcart in future. It is so much more convenient than waiting to visit the city store.
