It came with extra rubber cover which will prove useful. Takes 2 AA batteries, and the light is quite powerful .. The item comes with a spare ferrule, which is handy. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase and can certainly recommend . It also has a little strap on the handle and an I.d. tag.
