I just received it day before yesterday so this is a first-impression review but so far I'm satisfied. I got it to mix with Tea Tree Oil to make a solution that I use in my facial cleanser (1 part vitamin E to 3 parts tea tree oil). The vitamin E helps with a bit of the harshness of the tea tree oil, which can be drying. Puncturing the capsules is a bit annoying but I like that I now have the option to try it as a supplement now as well as use it topically. The easiest way I've found to get the oil out is to just use a sharp knife and stab gently but firmly into an end of the capsule along the seam, that's the least-messy way I've found and you can then squeeze the oil out fairly easily. As a bonus, you almost can't avoid getting a little on your hands when you're squeezing the oil out and this stuff feels SO good. I think I'll start using it on it's own as well for an occasional hand treatment, it feels even better than my shea butter. Followup: I've been using this for almost two weeks now, I can offer a little more insight: First, as some other reviews have mentioned it's better to use this mixed with a different oil if you're using it topically. Jojoba is a good one, as it closely mirrors your skin's natural sebum and helps with absorption of the vitamin E. Second, I've been using it as a supplement daily with my fish oil and I think I'm noticing a bit of a general improvement in wellbeing, with this sort of thing it's very hard to pinpoint exactly what is causing you to feel generally "up" or "down", but in this instance it coincides with having been taking this vitamin E as a supplement since I received it. If I run out and forget to reorder in time (which I do a lot) I'll see if I notice a difference while waiting for the new bottle to get in.
