By the next day, I was flushing out stuff that had probably been in my system for many, many years. Now, I'm a little dependent on it. I've had a terrible digestive system since birth. My body does not know how to eliminate waste. Taking this regularly keeps me regular, healthy, and happy. I will probably be taking this for the rest of my life. The only problem is how long it takes to get it delivered to you!!!! I don't know if that's a Health Force thing or an desertcart thing, but it's extremely annoying. I placed my last order over a week ago and still have not received anything. I just checked my order details, and even after paying for 2-day shipping, my order has been pushed back yet another day. I ran completely out on Friday and now have gone three days without going to the bathroom. I'm in pain. This is the second time this slow shipment has happened to me with this product. So, my advice to anyone who wants it... If you're like me and have an upset system and find you need these herbs to live a healthy, comfortable life, buy in bulk. I thought I was doing the smart thing by ordering my new batch over week before my current batch ran out, but alas, this shipping is very unreliable and I'm stuck without.
