I can tell the difference when I am being lazy and just wanna get my workout done. I end up stopping just to put this on. I definitely sweat my ass off more and you can see a little hourglass coming back strong. I am 135lbs 5’1 and I exercise 4/5 times a week. The only complaint I have is if you don’t line the velcro up just right-it will scratch and rub your skin raw at the bottom of your stomach. As long as that is double checked? You’re good to go and I haven’t had any other issues with exercising with it. Also it is on the cheaper side when it comes to waist trainers. I’ve paid $55 for one that didn’t even do half of the wonders this has done for me.
