I take 4000 mg a day as prescribed by my doctor for lupus related dry eyes. It’s odorless. Works wonders on my joints and connective tissues as well. It’s great value for the money especially if you do the subscription option. It’s made of quality ingredients. I get 45 days worth of medicine for the price of one bottle and it’s worth every penny. Consistency is key with any supplement so make sure you take it every day. The pills are a decent size so take with lots of water. The capsule does go down easier than I would expect. I’ve never tasted fish after use either. I looked long and hard for a quality omega 3 supplement -this one is the best imo.

Looking for the best DHA/EPA (read: Omega 3) to dollar ratio? Look no further! I'm a big fan of this fish oil for multiple reasons. For starters, it's the best ratio of DHA/EPA to dollar you will find. This means that, unlike some of the others, you're getting the most Omega 3 for your money whereas competitors play marketing games with the numbers to make it seem like you're getting more "fish oil" than you are due to the majority not being Omega 3. I get the most Omega 3 on the market w/o having to take a handful of caps to do so. I also like that I take them and forget about them in a good way. No aftertaste or fish burps like some of the competitors. Just take them and get all of the health benefits we're all familiar with from fish oil (specifically Omega 3) w/o any of the side effects. Others I've taken are basically a cap with liquid inside (you can break them open during transport if you're not careful) whereas these are more like a gummy bear in that they're solid. I assume this is what makes them not give that famous fish burp taste I've experienced with others. I'm not a doctor so I'm just guessing but I think that and the higher ratio of DHA/EPA is what makes these things fish-burp-free for me. Just pure and healthy Omega 3! Love this stuff!
