Just a little goes a long way. Tingly, cool, and provides relief of sore / overworked muscles. Great peppermint scent. Highly reccomend Review: Brilliant cream that I wouldn’t be without! - I would not be without this wonderful cream. I have a severe lumbar spine degeneration and pain. This cream gives me some relief from that and really helps settle me in the night and when I’m really uncomfortable. It’s the only thing that helped me in between taking meds.
