Fits my 20" x 48" pillow just fine, with a little room to spare. The pattern look like what's shown in the product picture. Comes with handy zipper on the size to close the pillow inside. My only disappointment was the type of fabric - it's different than what the sheets are made out of... almost slick like cheep decoration pillows. However, the fabric is soft and the design looks quite nice. The only reason why I am not giving this five stars is because the white part of the design is a little dull. You can see by comparison to my alternative down comforter.
