It's unbelievable how much better the macros are than MORE EXPENSIVE competitors. Companies like Three Wishes and Magic Spoon are a joke for charging so much while offering a fraction as much protein. This stuff with Fairlife milk is an EXCELLENT breakfast or snack when you don't feel like cooking. I can't say enough good things about it. If you wanted to be picky, the texture is a little stale, but that really doesn't matter.

This is objectively the best protein cereal. You should be looking for the right balance of macros, taste, and price. It's unbelievable how much better the macros are than MORE EXPENSIVE competitors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rough taste, but everything else is good

I’m going to be fair and rate this four stars. But I believe taste is very important, you can taste the protein powder ingredients in this. The chocolate almond does not bury or mask this taste. But other than that yes the protein content is pretty good, I wouldn’t really say the value is good for the money, but this is a namebrand product. There is definitely a lot of crunchiness that is for sure and a good amount of fiber as well.
