After my test I've decided this will likely be best for women that wear dresses. Any day my stomach is growling and I have to leave house I'll take this thing along while wearing a loose fitting dress. Bring a throwaway bag for the blue part after use since it will be quite dirty on inside. Need to wrap it up and take home to wash. Side issue is it will be better to be shaven towards the back so that your hair isn't full of #2 and easier to wipe up. Don't have to, but it would make cleaning up afterwards simpler.
