A: No. At this time it is not possible to turn off the voice prompts.

**Q: Can I use my headset when it is charging?**
A: Yes, but if it is already switched on when you plug it in, it will turn off. It will need to be turned on before using.

A: To transfer audio from your headset to your smartphone while on a call, press and hold the Volume Down button until the audio transfers to the phone. Repeat the steps to transfer audio back to your headset.

This is my second time buying this headset, and that alone says everything. My first BlueParrott lasted 7 years of regular use, which is impressive for a Bluetooth headset. The sound quality is excellent, the microphone does an amazing job blocking background noise, and people on the other end always hear me clearly even in loud environments. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life is solid. After getting so many years out of the first one, I didn’t even consider a different brand. Very good quality, built to last, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend.
