**Q: What is the difference between the Stamina 266 and the Stamina 700?**
A: Thank you for your question. The AeroPilates 266 is a 3 tension cord machine that does not have pulley risers or the ability to attach the pull up bar. The 700 is a 4 tension cord machine with pulley risers and has the ability to attach the pull up bar. **Q: Can traditional legwork using the straps be done on this machine?  The video does not show it so I want to confirm.**
A: Yes there a lot of leg workouts using this machine.  I went to u tube and searched for aero Pilates reformer workouts.  there are alot.
