It's been 6 days I took this medicine 2wice a day after lunch and dinner and it is very effective. But we have to make sure we do not eat much spicy food, oily and junky or processed food. Highly recommended 👌 I ate satvik food like carrot, cucumber and buttermilk, rice and normal curries and it worked. My condition was worse but after 6 days It's completely normal.
