They're not the same standard size of all of the utensils you have in that container by your stove; they're just a bit larger.They're pretty heavy-duty too! The spatula has a serrated edge that's as sharp as a steak knife and really handy for cutting into meat right on the grill. The tongs also have serrated edges. This is a really neat matching set. My boyfriend just got a grill and I gave these to him as a random gift.
