I do find the adjustments quite fiddly to make and it's not the most intuitive design, but not the end of the world. Durability: it's standing the test of time and many dog walks. Design: I like the separate side pocket for poo bags which let's me pull out one bag at a time in an easy way. The magnetic fastening is convenient, but it's not the strongest and won't stop treats coming out if the bag was upside down as it is not fully shut. You can unzip the inside for ease of cleaning.
