The tracks were amazing. Wheels were good. The only downside I would say is the camming mechanism. Sometimes the straps would slide and lose tension. Besides that, great for the price

It's big, tall, fairly wide, and thus very stable. It's fairly heavy as a cost of being so strongly constructed, not particularly noticeable when using it though. Strap is easy to use, and holds its tension.

**Q: Mine just arrived, it was fully assembled, but did not included any kind of instruction manual etc.  How do you secure the straps around an appliance?**
A: Move the dolly into postition against the object you are moving. Bring the long strap around the object and pass the strap end through both steel rings of the shorter strap. Now bring the end of the long strap back between the rings and pull in the direction of the object until the strap is snug. Make certain the tongue of the dolly is fully under the object and align the fixed ends of the straps on the squiggly bar so they are on adjacent valleys and the straps are centered to the load you are moving. Make certain the handle in the center of the dolly is turned to the right and the strap is as tight as you can make it. Now pull the handle to the left to tighten the strap really securely, this will take some effort but will make the dolly and the moveable piece one. You are now ready to move the object.

**Q: The description says rubber wheels, but purchasers are stating plastic wheels....which is it?**
A: Heavy duty plastic wheels. No problems in moving fridges and stuff.

**Q: Some say the wheel diameter is 4 1/2", others, 6"? Anyone measures the actual size? Anyone has replaced wheels with the rubber units?**
A: I just went out and measured the wheels.  They are 6 inches in diameter.

**Q: Are the wheels safe to roll across hardwood floors?**
A: I have hardwood floors and I moved kitchen appliances into the living and dining rooms while kitchen was being remodeled and no damage was done to the hardwoods. My suggestion is that if you're worried,  lay cardboard on the hardwood floors as added protection.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very handy, capable cart

I have always rented U-Haul carts when I needed to move an appliance, and I really liked them compared to ones that can be found at local stores. During a recent move I had to help with coming up, I asked the representative at my local U-Haul and asked if he knew who made the appliance dollies they had. After a little research, he informed me that they were made by Harper Trucks. I turned to Amazon to find one, and couldn'e believe the very low cost to buy this dolly. I am very impressed with this cart. The only difference from this dolly compared to the U-Haul is the color, green versus orange. The move came up, and this assisted with two households worth of ovens, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, and even a couple of very large CRT (tube) TVs. It went up and down stairs with ease. The dolly did an excellent job and the automotive seat belt style webbing holds appliances and TVs almost to well. There was one instance where I had a difficult time getting the webbing undone. It was tightened well and sort of "locked in" to itself. Either way, it is nice that it is as secure as it is. All in all, if you are looking to purchase an appliance dolly, I highly recommend this one.
