I made the dumb mistake of putting it over part of my eyebrows but nowhere does it say to not put it on hair so I tried not to worry. Well, the difficulty of peeling off was as I expected - not too difficult, but the same feeling as ripping off a band-aid. My husband has a beard so he only did the top half of his face and was basically able to pull it off in one big piece (me, not so much). He noticed it got a lot of blackheads on the inside of the peel (I didn’t look), and I noticed a difference in how my skin felt. It was a lot softer / smoother after the face mask! The masque takes about 5 mins to dry, once applied. Be cautious with your application however, because once it’s dried, taking it off is very intense. Also be careful in known hairy areas (upper lip) as it will pull aggressively on those as well. The smell is pleasant and it’s a bit tacky to touch while spreading onto the skin. After reading the reviews I decided to give this Puruskin ask a try. It takes about 30 minutes for the mask to set for you to peel off... and it works! It is quite sticky when applying but peels off pretty nicely (don't have to worry about much left behind). It does stick to the skin, so removing it does pull, but that is the purpose! It was fascinating looking at all the gunk that it pulled out (and I have a fairly clear face). One tip would be to do it in small portions on your face, instead of smearing it all over like a typical mask.
