This obviously does not work right away or not even in a months time. I think consistently is key. I started taking this a month ago and it did absolutely nothing as far as weight loss. However, now I’m on my second bottle, and this is month two, and I’m starting to see some weight loss, albeit slowly. I guess it takes a few months for this to get working which means you can’t give up after 30 days.
