Easy to put together, I found it easy to recline but hard to retract, but one little adjustment it's all good now. **Q: It just arrived. i could have sworn it said it comes in 2 boxes, but i only got 1 box. can someone confirm before i start assembling?**

**Q: The description says the seat is 19.75" from floor; standard chair height is 18"...so why do so many reviews say the seat is lower than normal?**
A: Hi, the 19.75 inches is the height from the highest seating to the floor and the 17.7 inches in the rear seating area.

**Q: Where does the head rest against the chair? I am 5’8” and need my neck supported.**
A: I’m 5’10” and the top of my head rests approximately 2” above the top of the chair. It comfortably rests on the head rest of the chair.

This chair had the cheapest price at the time of purchase and offered more options than all the other similar chairs. The quality of the material id good and the seat massage works great. Although I did not see in the listing where it was shipped in a box and assembly was required, I figured that it would come that way. Assembly from unpacking to the finished assembly took about 1 1/2 hours. The hardest part of the assembly was the armrests.
