Light and comfortable, well sized with a thick enough sole to protect the feet from any rocky beaches. Can swim easily without the risk of shoes floating away. Good. Review: Brilliant for swimming in - Sizing: 6/7 were 38/39 which to me is 5/6. Likewise size below that: 36/37 written on shoes. For me these were perfect for swimming in - good sturdy enough sole for walking over rocks or very hot sand. The photos show the durability is dependent on the wearer. These are after two outings. Some of the rocks were very rough and sharp. Getting in and out meant you could cut yourself and hence the effect on the shoes. These were worn by myself, 23 year old, two 16 years old and a 14 year old girl - who pretty much wrecked hers but did spend a lot of time in the sea scrabbling about. I’m now doing a rough repair job to see out the summer season and hopefully the others will last longer so might get another year.
