To be honest, I struggled a little bit with putting it together based on the instructions, but thankfully Amazon has videos linked on this listing and I was able to figure out how to put the hammock portion itself together using the two screw plates. Very beautiful in person. For those looking for a hammock, that’s easy to put together and take apart and bring with you. This is the one. I tested it and was able to take it apart and everything fit into the bag it comes with. I had it backwards to begin with but the pieces won’t go together if you don’t have it the right way.i bought this with the intention of leaving it in one place. i think it would be difficult to take this hammock down to take somewhere else.
