I recommend boiling for an extra couple of minutes to get rid of the chalkiness and use slightly more salt in the water than you would with normal pasta to improve the taste (yes that is a lot of salt but makes a huge difference) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 August 2024* As an Italian, I look for quality products.
