You can recline onto it which is great but I wish they would make one I could fully lay on especially for my lower back and glutes.I’ve had mine for 4 years and it’s just now showing wear and tear. I have used this thing for hours at a time for over a year and absolutely love it. I like that I can move it around to the places I need it most. I use it mostly for my back and neck and sometimes on my thighs. I have also used it on my abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. I appreciate it's versatility. I have a lot of stress related tension, and this has helped tremendously.Downsides are the cord attachment is too close to the device so it will frequently come undone as im moving it around, and depending on where I'm using it at the time, it can be annoying. Also seems like I spend a while finding the sweet spot, and once I do the 20 minutes is up and I have to move position to turn it back on again. Having a remote would be nice. The fabric has also come undone, but I've honestly abused this thing so I'm not surprised, and it still works fine. It will quit rotating if it gets too hot, but after giving it a break to cool off, it will start back up again. At this point I don't think I could live without it.
