Review: Great and easy to use - This is a great board with plenty of options of how many fans you want on. There are two options to control three fans at a time to whatever speed you want. The higher you have the fans on obviously the noisier it is however you can adjust what strengths you want the fans depending on noise level. It was really easy to set up and it's very easy to use. My only issue was that I broke the lead but I find a replacement on desertcart cheap enough. The tray to angle the board can be a bit fidgety but my laptop sits fine on the tray. The size is perfect for my laptop and it definitely makes a big difference for cooling dye in my laptop so functionally it works great.

All in all, I'm really impressed with it and I would recommend it to anyone.

**Q: About how many degrees cooler can I expect from this cooling pad?**
A: Before my laptop was running at a solid 88 degrees, but with the laptop cooler it usually stays at about 71. It was running very slow before and I thought maybe it was a dust problem but even after clearing my laptop out it was still running hot, I bought the fan and I’ve been happy, with no problems ever since.

A: Yes it's fine on your lap and is comfortable.

**Q: does this product require batteries to work?**
A: Hi there,
The cooling pad does not require batteries. It does however require USB power. There isn't a built-in rechargeable battery so the USB power has to be supplied all the time you need the fans (and LED lighting) to function. The moment you plug into a USB power supply the fans start straigh away, delivering a nice cool air flow to the laptop base.
I haven't tried it but would fully anticipate that, if you aren't near to a power supply then a power bank could probably be used.

This is a great board with plenty of options of how many fans you want on. There are two options to control three fans at a time to whatever speed you want. The higher you have the fans on obviously the noisier it is however you can adjust what strengths you want the fans depending on noise level. It was really easy to set up and it's very easy to use. My only issue was that I broke the lead but I find a replacement on Amazon cheap enough. The tray to angle the board can be a bit fidgety but my laptop sits fine on the tray. The size is perfect for my laptop and it definitely makes a big difference for cooling dye in my laptop so functionally it works great.

I bought this because my previous cooling pad had completely stopped working. At the time, the weather was unusually hot, and my new laptop was running warmer than I liked, a mix of the laptop’s natural heat and the high room temperature. This cooling pad kept my laptop cool throughout that period, and now in winter, when the room is colder, I can simply switch the fans off. Compared to my old cooler, this one is much quieter and offers adjustable positions that make typing more comfortable. The non-slip design is excellent; my laptop hasn’t slipped even when moving both the pad and laptop together. It’s lightweight, effective, and does exactly what you need it to do. Overall, a reliable cooling pad that makes a big difference.
