Hi. The Theraworx, recommended by my much respected physical therapist, Amy Joe, Atlantic Physical Therapy, Shrewsbury, NJ, is a product that gives me needed relief. I purchased in late March via Amazon. The nozzle is defective & I am used to biofreeze.. Anywhoo.. Amazon has only a 30 day return policy. My background is QC, Inventory Control, Manufacturing.. ANYONE in pain that purchased this product & unable 2 receive a return... Go to Manufacturer of product: Avadim Technologies. Do not get frustrated like I did w/ Amazon. Regards, NJ.
