It now says Cheribundi Essentials Original Tart Cherry Blend. There is a different product by the same company, Cheribundi Pure that contains all cherry juice. It is substantially more expensive than this one. **Q: How important would you say it is, in terms of effect (mainly w/ sleep) that I drink an entire bottle before bed as opposed to say about a third?** A: I only drink about 4 ounces a day, not necessarily at bedtime and it has made a big difference in how well I sleep. The taste is so good I often want more just for a treat. I don't like sour flavors but this isn't sour at all. It uses unsweetened apple juice to keep it from being too sour.
