However, following a telephone conversation with Jamie at customer services, he quickly diagnosed the problem, which was due to the faulty AAA batteries supplied? I exchanged these for a pair of Panasonic EVOLA batteries and it immediately ran. I hope this was the long term solution, because both batteries as supplied were not found to be low on a multimeter? However, I would like to say how reassuring it was to be speak to a UK support team, with hardly ant wait for contact. As for the machine itself, I used it for the first time today, with quite excellent results. Let’s hope that longevity is a feature, as I am currently delighted with results. I have used it on tiles and wooden floors and it does a good job. **Q: Does this machine leave the floor dry** A: Yes it is excellent and so easy to use. Just fill up the tank with a little floor cleaner and water, attach the microfiber pads, press start then spray as much liquid as you need in front, then move over this with the mop. I can clean 3 rooms and hall, then just take the pads off, can clean in washing machine, and plug in to recharge for next time. The floor dries quickly after cleaning. **Q: Is this polisher suitable for wax polished floors ?** A: I love mine but use it on limestone floors. Depends whether you usually use some water to clean your floor? You don’t need much water and the pads remove it efficiently. You can spray and then clean and polish. Comes with different heads that are easy to clean and apply. The reason for 4 stars is that it could be faster in speed.
