**Q: Does this clean with steam? And up to what temperature?**
A: I cannot say how hot the temp is, but I don't stick my hand in front of it either; it is at a minimum hot enough to burn you

**Q: Does the vacuum come with any cleaning solution or does it need to be bought separately?**
A: Mine came with solution.

**Q: Can i use nature's miracle or diluted vinegar with it? want something rabbit safe.**
A: I’m not sure why you couldn’t, I’m sure the vinegar would be easier on the machine anyway. As long as you kind of flush the hose out after I’m sure it’s fine. As far as how well vinegar would work on the stains, don’t know.

**Q: Does it work on older pet stains and odors that have been there for a few months? We have tried other products and the odors are still there**

I’ve had this little green machine for about a year now and I’ve loved it the whole time. But after this last weekend I feel I need to finally write a review. If you’re on the fence about it, JUST GET IT! This Last weekend my family of 6 all got hit with what I can only describe as flupocolypse. I have done so much laundry and cleaned up so much bodily fluid and little green has been the biggest lifesaver! From the living room rugs to bedroom rugs and even my mattress, I’ve used this machine on so many different surfaces and textures and even sizes that I’m just so impressed with how easy it is to cleanup a mess. It works so well, like cleans super well and gets out stains, which also helps remove odors. I’m still recovering so I haven’t had the energy to do deep cleaning like I want to but little green is so easy to just plug in and get it done. The little hose cleaner attachment is wonderful too. My machine is always clean because they make it so easy to maintain. It’s very easily portable to carry anywhere I have needed it. And on an unrelated incident, while still sick, I had to clean a spill out of my car and it took my 5 minutes to get it cleaned, that time includes grabbing the extension cord from the garage, actual cleaning, and then putting it away. I love this machine. Buy it, don’t hesitate!
