When I tried to apply them, I realized the case/base was not magnetic, but the 'eyelashes' were stuck on to a sticky strip. This will damage them when being pulled off. But, most problematic is that they are completely straight. There is no curve to them, so they do not follow the curve of someone's eyelid. So, it is impossible to apply them and not have one end, if not both sticking out off your eye. If there were tiny magnets on each end of the lashes then it would make so much more sense, you could set them along the curve of your lashes and it would be perfect.
