I tried out the pink band first. This also comes with a handy booklet showing different types of exercises. The pink band gave me with light resistance when I did not tighten it as much and medium when I tied tighter. The purple band give me a medium resistance loose and a higher resistance when I made it tighter. What I really love about these bands is that they are very long which means that you could tie them to something, use them for yoga, or do many different exercises depending on your level of comfort. They are also latex free which is huge for me because I have a latex allergy. Most of you might not want to know this but there is no smell. The cooling towel is great to put around your neck and keep you cool while you are working out. There are endless uses for these resistance bands. I went on YouTube and just got some basic exercises. I love being able to stretch my muscles and hope to gain tone and flexibility.
