This is an Amazon issue. They show a special box for Starbucks Via Instant dark roast coffee. It is a box you can stand up on your counter and there's a little pull-down tab at the bottom, so you can take your coffee packets out from there. THREE TIMES now when I order this coffee (which tastes great) AMAZON has thrown the loose coffee packets in to a plain brown cardboard box, tapped it close, and sent me the coffee in that. Last time I was upset so I called Starbucks and they claimed it was Amazon re-packaging it. When I called Amazon, they had no explanation.
