Idk if other customer received good or defective product as i was a bit concerned after reading them, but the product i received : Material build quality is great. Every components mentioned were recieved with proper care. But : They could have provided a cap at the top to cover it, as the water could get dirtied. & the tower do sways a lot, might be because of the height, but the supporting pvc pipe could have been thicker or more sturdy to support the weight.
