Losen the bolt, pull up and tighten the bolt, and be sure to keep the handlebars straight and true with the front tire. The handlebars have little play, but you can bring them up. **Q: How do you adjust the handlebars to go up?** A: On the littlerock version you can't adjust the handle bars.
