So have that handy when you set up the app. Then you wait for them to verify it. Keep checking in the app to see when you are activated. I have never been able to track BBT because I’m a travel nurse who has erratic sleep. I like that I don’t have to use this at the same time of day, just use it when you are going to sleep that night/day. Only downfall is having to take my otter box case off my phone to download the data to the app. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to download the data. When it does download it will say downloaded on the screen. Then you can check your cycle to see that the number shows up. The sensor is only good for 1 year.
