I do not wanna be buying bands every month** A: Yes, they are good quality bands. They will last much longer than a month. **Q: How strong are the carabiners? Can they hold the whole 360Lb of resistance without bending/breaking?** A: YES, I put two together for my workout. They give me excellent resistance to the upper and lower body. The handles are great as well. **Q: Is the quality similar to the Bodylastics bands ?** A: I am not familiar with the brand you are asking about, but I have been very pleased with these. They are well made, easy to change out, feels safe when using. Very happy with my purchase. Hope that helps. **Q: I ordered torro bands; they never came so i had to get a refund. these look similar. has anyone used both? how do they compare in quality?** A: They deliver what they promised. Same resistance as Torro. High quality. They are for an experience band user. Not for a beginner. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for travel, very durable and useful *by on Reviewed in the United States September 6, 2026* I took these with me on a month-long trip out of the country and they were honestly really useful. I was able to get pretty much my entire push/pull/legs routine in using just the bands, which made it a lot easier to stay consistent while traveling. They're lightweight and easy to pack, but still feel very strong. There's also a good variety of ways to use them, so you're not limited to just a few exercises. The door attachments are especially useful since they let you do movements that would otherwise be difficult with just the bands.I also really like the cuffs. They make certain exercises much more comfortable and give you more options for training.Overall, these are a great option for traveling or working out at home when you don't have access to a full gym. They're easy to bring along, strong enough for a lot of different exercises, and versatile enough that I was able to get my full routine done with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far, very great. *by on Reviewed in the United States October 13, 2023* I ain't gonna lie, bands scare the crap out of me but not enough to keep me from using them. Maybe I'd feel differently if I'd been whacked by one snapping on me. These are not the most expensive but there are certainly many cheaper sets out there to be had and cheaping out on resistance bands seems like a very bad idea. You're just asking for trouble in my opinion. I'm not an expert on resistance bands but these seem to be really high quality. They feel plenty sturdy and substantial. I often see people use resistance bands ridiculously explosively when demonstrated on videos and I don't really understand the need to do that. It seems to defeat the purpose of controlled time-under-tension. Don't get me wrong, these can handle all the rapid pulling and stretching I can muster but I'm not a 300 lb bodybuilder who wants to show these things who's boss, if you know what I mean. I do see there are some reviews where people have had issues but not many. After listening to fitness experts, it seems that no matter what brand you get, this will be inevitable (though that shouldn't be the case immediately and those should be replaced by the seller, if there is a fault in manufacturing which is also inevitable).Ok, all I know is that these are helping me tremendously. I use them every single day. I put a lot of my body weight into them. I even use them to hold up most of my weight practicing a pistol squat and I worry more about the door in this case than I do the bands. They are very good quality.I'm not a huge fan of the door anchor that comes with any of these sets but this one is good quality. I use it under the door but for the top I chose to get these anchors which I could not be happier with. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DP7ZVDG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I like to separate out the top of the band. I bought extra heavy-duty carabiners to attach to the anchors and couldn't be happier with those either. I originally bought the wall anchor system to screw into studs on a dedicated wall, only to find that our basement is built with steel studs. This is a nice discovery for other reasons but made the wall anchors unusable. I like what I have better than I think I would like the strap or straps that go across the door. I have tried to be as unbiased and honest in my review as possible here. The only thing I haven't said is that I haven't had these all that long so I can't possibly know the durability with certainty but they sure seem like they will last. If they don't, which I think they will, I suppose I'll end up ponying up for the most expensive, highest quality I can find because I know with absolute certainty that I want resistance bands in my life as long as I have an ounce of strength to use them, which I hope is until the day I die. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality and value *by on Reviewed in the United States July 16, 2026* These resistance bands are an absolute lifesaver! I enjoy working out with these whenever I'm not able to get to the gym. The quality is fantastic—the bands feel incredibly durable, the handles are comfortable to grip, and they offer a smooth, consistent resistance that makes it easy to get a challenging workout in at home or on the go.If you are looking for a reliable, heavy-duty set of workout bands to supplement your fitness routine, I highly recommend these! ## Frequently Bought Together - Resistance Bands, Heavy Exercise Bands with Handles, Fitness Bands Set for Working Out, Workout Bands for Men, Weight Bands for Muscle Training, Strength, Slim, Yoga, Home Gym Equipment - Resistance Bands for Working Out with Workout Bands Guide. 4 Booty Bands for Women Men Fabric Elastic Bands for Exercise Bands Resistance Bands for Legs Bands for Working Out Hip Thigh Glute Bands Set - Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/450678876-hpygn-heavy-resistance-bands-with-handles-300-lb-exercise-bands](https://www.desertcart.us/products/450678876-hpygn-heavy-resistance-bands-with-handles-300-lb-exercise-bands) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
