Be aware they to not provide customer support. *by A***Y on 2 December 2024* On arrival of the Telesin selfie stick it seemed good quality. And I was pleased with it but after 2 uses snorkelling on the same Holiday the bottom fell out where the tripod is attached which meant that the extendable poles inside now fall through the bottom. Telesin’s description says it’s for use diving among many other uses but it clearly isn’t . I Tried contacting Telesin through Amazon provided links and emails but they have not replied to any of my 3 attempts of asking for help with this product hence this review. I am very disappointed in Telesin as I thought it was a good company with quality products, and Amazon have not helped either, which am very surprised at.
