Review: good solution for anti scratch induction cooking - works great. got it for my control freak breville induction cooktop. I had to center punch a 3/4 inch hole in the middle so temp sensor would make contact with the pan, but working great and no scratches.
Review: These are great 👍 - I have an induction range in my house and I recently purchased a outside pellet grille with a induction side burner. I have used these on my indoor range for 2 years now you would never know that they were used they hold up perfectly. I purchased this one for my outdoor grill side burner, they protect the glass surfaces from scratches and you can get it very hot I believe it's usable right up to around 480 or 500 degrees. The only time I would remove then is if I was using a cast iron pan or stainless pan and really cranking it up for extended period searing steaks or blackened fish, something like that.
