I got this to replace my caique's current sleep cage. It's very sturdy and good quality. Super easy to build! The front door is a little strange, but I'm used to it after a week now. His main cage is massive and impossible to cover at night for peaceful sleep. Before this he had an 18x14x22 sleep cage that felt a bit too small and cheap. This cage is perfect! Roomy enough that if he wakes up before me, he's not cramped. Small enough to cover easily and tuck away so he can get those vital 12hrs. I wouldn't use this as a main cage for any bird larger than a finch.
