A: Hi, thanks for your interest in our product. The 8-inch definitely fits, the 10-inch might be a little tight

A: I think it's deemed "anti-theft" because the zippers on the bag are mostly hidden. Even when I'm opening the bag, it takes me a few seconds to locate the zippers on the outside pockets of the bag. Strategicly hidden to make it more difficult for pick pockets and thieves to casually swipe anything from you. I hope this helps.
