It's going to be something you upgrade though. The tackle, case, and fishing line that come with this are garbage. The rod and reel are perfectly fine. The case pretty much fell apart after a few trips to a local pond. I believe much of it is manufactured with hot glue. The tackle was all extremely light weight and hard to cast. I was however to catch 30+ trout, bass, catfish, and carp before just choosing to upgrade my setups. So big props there.
