Although there is little scientific evidence that these anionic dryers do help to repair hair damaged by drying with too much heat that is produced by the majority of traditional dryers the anti-static properties do help to prevent tangle during drying. Also as the drying air has a much higher velocity combine this with lower drying temperatures then this does reduce the overall drying time.By the combination of the two speed motor and the 4 stage heat controller you can select any of eight temperatures and wind speed. The dryer does have electronic heat control so the selected temperature will be achieved independently of ambient air temperature - unlike other dryers which just output a fixed heat level which will rise with ambient air temperature - with the risk of hair damage. The concentrator nozzle is magnetically attached so it is possible to position it in the exact position needed to style your hair. Power on is simply achieved with a short press of the power selector button and the heat rises very quickly to the desired value due to the design of the heating element which has low mass.
