The knife has a bit of weight to it which assists with the cutting and feels really good in your hand. It appears to be well made and so far I would say excellent value for money. The knife is really well presented if giving it as a present It has a solid feel. I’ve used only once so far and it was nice to have thin, even slices of meat rather than my usual hacking job. Definitely sharp enough from the box. Recommend
