First, great concept, great projector for when it works.Do not buy.My projector stopped working after 10 months. Got blocks and then stopped projecting an image. The same problem some of the other reviewers have posted.I went online and this appears to be a very common problem.Lucky for me, the projector was still under warranty.Sent to samsung partner repair company. Took one week to deliver to them. 2 days to fix and then took a few days to get back.Two days later, same issue appears. Again sent to Samsung for repair. Came back, two days later same problem.I have requested a refund from Samsung or I am involving the ombudsman.I would not trust to get a brand new replacement. God know how long that would last.My advice, do not buy.

dont expect support from supplier when battery fails - google it - or read what Samsung have to say....Samsung UK Support 5e28285084ec30034d4b1a66Sat, 03 Aug 2024 10:31:17 BSTI understand there are other reports from other customers about this same problem Dave, but sadly, we really don't have a way of replacing this. I do apologise Dave. This is not the experience we wish to create for any of our customers. At Samsung, we want all of our customers to have a great experience when using our products so I very much regret that you haven't been able to do so on this occasion.
