How to Cook pearls 1. Place the pearls in boiling water (Ratio, Pearls1 : water10) 2. Boil for 25 minutes (turn to low heat after boiling water) 3. Turn off and cover for 25 minutes 4. Remove the water and wash with ice until the pearls become room temperature 5. Soak the pearls in normal temperature sugar water for 15 minutes (sugar water: granulated sugar/brown sugar is ok, melt them in water) 6. It's ready to eat. Pearls can be added to cold or hot drinks.
