I had x 2 installed in the kitchen, as I wanted the lighting upgraded plus the fan option in the summer. Best to have a qualified person doing this work as the the fuse in the fuse box had to be upgraded due to the loading on that circuit. Superb lighting options, excellent fan function, and no noise whatsoever when the fans are on. Remotes have plenty of options for lighting modes/fan modes etc. Superb product highly recommended.

This is the best ceiling fan/light I've had. With 6 speeds it will keep you cool. I bought it for my bedroom and it is so much quieter than any stand or tower fan it doesn't disturb your sleep at all. The LED light is very bright but has different modes and dimmer to suit your needs. The remote control is easy to set up and use. The only slight downfall is the installation is quite fiddly hence the 4 🌟. Other than that a great buy for the hot summer nights.

Product looks very smart when installed and so far works well. However installation was not easy with UK lighting wiring. The supplied connectors were too small. Had to buy connector strip to make the connections. There was no safety chain to hold the lamp when connecting the wiring so had to hang it with tie wraps with the help of a second person to hold it. Second person needed to hold it for the final installation. The wiring was very thin and fragile so care needed. There should be insulation lining the edges of the metal ceiling mount where the wires come through.

Product did not comply with local electrical standards and licence requirements.is Wrong Voltage. Could not be installed.

Fan is excellent and light fantastic so much so have just ordered another one for spare room and recommended to friends

This is a question! I am in the uk & using an iPhone but I cannot get the app to work, have followed video instructions but without success, thank you.I had orignally given this product 3 stars based upon the problems with the app but like all things if you persivere you eventually get there and that was the case with the app which I am now happy to say works fine after a bid of messing about! I also found that you need to ensure that the base of the fan needs to be flush with the ceiling or you can have some problems with the balance of the fan but again this is a case of learning the hard way. Overall though I am very happy with the fan.UPDATE:When I first wrote this review it was in November last year, it is now June and due to the appaling weather I have had no need to use the fan in anger. Now the warm weather has arrived I have found the fan to be quite noisey, even on the lowest setting and also living in a 'normal' house in the UK where the ceiling is only around 2Mtrs high even on the lowest setting the flow of air is too strong even on setting 1 move it up to 6 and it nearly moves the bed!! I am now of the opinion that I wish I had just upgraded my large ceiling fan, which was long in the tooth but performed faultlessly, to a newer version with LED lamp capabilities. This fan has lots of gimicks but does not perform well and is nowhere near worth the £130 that I paid for it and if I could I would return the item tomorrow. So PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE FACTS before you part with your hard earned cash

This product looks modern and provides a near silent cooling breeze in my bedroom. Easy to install with two people.
