Went on a cruise and got a sinus infection which usually turns into bronchitis for me from coughing. Took this once I felt the sinus infection/sore throat and then took another whenever I felt it was wearing off but I never took more than 3 a day. I did also rinse my nose twice a day with saline solutions. I was back to 100% in 3 days. I had only minor coughs so it never developed into bronchitis.
